The project is targeted at 73os (43k, 30M) of the unemployed registered in the PuP district in Człuchowski, Kościerzyna or the jherowski, the most vulnerable in the labour market (excluding those under the age of 30) belonging to all of the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled. Main objective of the project: Vocational activation 73 (43K, 30M) of project participants, unemployed persons registered in PUP in Człuchów, Kościerzyna, Wejherów, who are most vulnerable on the labour market (excluding those aged under 30). Main activities: — Interruption of individual activities with a psychologist, — Recruitment of individual activities and of group workshops with a professional adviser, — Preparation and conduct of professional training in the following professions: cooking, peaceful, welder, MAG and TIG — Measures related to the margins of project participants and job matching. The main effect of the project is to take up and maintain the work of the Participants for at least 3 months. (English)

    Projekt skierowany jest do 73os.( 43K,30M) bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP w powiecie człuchowskim, kościerskim lub wejherowskim, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób w wieku poniżej 30 r.ż.), należące do wszystkich następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Cel główny projektu: Aktywizacja zawodowa 73(43K,30M) Uczestników Projektu, bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP w Człuchowie, Kościerzynie, Wejherowie, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób w wieku poniżej 30 r.ż.). Główne działania: - Przeprowadzenie zajęć indywidualnych z psychologiem, - Przeprowadzenie zajęć indywidualnych i warsztatów grupowych z doradcą zawodowym, - Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie szkoleń zawodowych w zawodzie: pomoc kuchenną, pokojową, spawacza metodą MAG i TIG - Działania związane ze stażami Uczestników Projektu i pośrednictwo pracy. Najważniejszym efektem projektu jest podjęcie i utrzymanie pracy przez Uczestników przez co najmniej 3 miesiące. (Polish)
