Projekt skierowany jest do 100 osób (K, M) w wieku 30 lat i starszych z woj. pomorskiego pozostających bez pracy, należących do wszystkich kategorii osób: wiek 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej Działania: badanie predyspozycji, umiejętności uczestników projektu i ich stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, realizacja wsparcia aktywizującego uczestników projektu przeprowadzenie szkoleń zawodowych wynikających z indywidualnej diagnozy każdego uczestnika organizacja i realizacja staży zawodowych działania w ramach pośrednictwa pracy Oczekiwanym efektem realizacji projektu, będzie podjęcie przez uczestników zatrudnienia i utrzymanie go przez min. 3 miesiące.
