| Property / summary: The project targets up to 100 people (K, M) aged 30 and older from the Pomorskie region for all categories of people: age 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of disadvantaged people in the labour market through comprehensive support for activation of the labour market: an examination of the suitability, skills of the project participants and their extent away from the labour market, the implementation of support support to participants in the project to provide vocational training resulting from the individual diagnosis of each participant and the implementation of professional placement activities as part of the placement activities expected as a result of the project, will be undertaken by the participants and maintained for at least 3 months. Projekt skierowany jest do 100 osób (K, M) w wieku 30 lat i starszych z woj. pomorskiego pozostających bez pracy, należących do wszystkich kategorii osób: wiek 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej Działania: badanie predyspozycji, umiejętności uczestników projektu i ich stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, realizacja wsparcia aktywizującego uczestników projektu przeprowadzenie szkoleń zawodowych wynikających z indywidualnej diagnozy każdego uczestnika organizacja i realizacja staży zawodowych działania w ramach pośrednictwa pracy Oczekiwanym efektem realizacji projektu, będzie podjęcie przez uczestników zatrudnienia i utrzymanie go przez min. 3 miesiące.
