The main objective of the project is to activate and increase occupational mobility of 84 UP and restore them permanently to the labour market. Specific objectives of the project: 1.     Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 84 pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo) mieszkańców powiatów kwidzyńskiego, malborskiego, sztumskiego i nowodworskiego. Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa i wzrost mobilności zawodowej 84 UP oraz przywrócenie ich na stałe na rynek pracy. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: 1. Podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 42UP(25K) poprzez objęcie ich kursami i szkoleniami zawodowymi. 2. Wzmocnienie motywacji do zmiany sytuacji zawod.84UP(49K) poprzez objęcie warsztatami aktywnego poszukiwania pracy. 3. Nabycie doświad. zawod. przez55UP(35K) poprzez organizację i udział w stażach zawodowych. 4. Wzrost umiejętności świadomego planowania własnej ścieżki zawodowej 84 UP (49K) poprzez objęcie ich indywidualnym pośrednictwem pracy i wsparciem doradczym. 5. Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 45% uczestników projektu. Działania: 1. Diagnoza (pogłębiona) uczestników projektu i IPD; 2.
