Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja sieci ciepłowniczej na terenie Osiedla Sikorskiego w Skarszewach. W ramach projektu zostanie wymieniona czterorurowa kanałowa sieć na nowoczesną, dwururową sieć cieplną wykonaną z rur preizolowanych. Inwestycja ma na celu podniesienie efektywności systemu cieplnego, ograniczenie strat na przesyle oraz redukcję szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery. Projekt jest przygotowany pod względem formalno-prawnym do realizacji, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną oraz wymagane zaświadczenia i decyzje warunkujące rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu. Inwestycja odpowiada na potrzeby interesariuszy projektu oraz jest zgodna z sektorowymi gminnymi dokumentami strategicznymi: Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej oraz Projektem założeń do planu zaopatrzenia w ciepło, energię elektryczną i paliwa gazowe Gminy Skarszewy na lata 2015 ÷ 2030. The subject of the project is the modernisation of the heating network in the Sikorski estate in Skarszewy. The project will replace a four-tube channel network for a modern, two-tube thermal network made of pre-insulated pipes. The purpose of the investment is to improve the efficiency of the thermal system, reduce losses on transport and reduce harmful substances to the atmosphere. The project is formally and legally prepared for implementation, it has the necessary technical documentation and the required certificates and decisions for the start of the project. The investment meets the needs of the project stakeholders and complies with the sectoral municipal strategic documents: The Low-Emission Management Plan and the Project of assumptions for the plan of the supply of heat, electricity and gaseous fuels of the Municipality of Skarszewy for the years 2015 ÷ 2030. Total value of the project: 1 702 477.61 PLN gross. (English)
