The object of the project is the implementation of 1 interoperable and integrated eHealth IT system, together with the necessary technical infrastructure in 4 entities providing health services, in order to improve the availability and quality of medical services aimed at the inhabitants of Tczew County in the period 08.2017-10.2019. The subject matter of the project will be carried out within 2 tasks: Task 1 – Establishment of an e-health system, ATTENTION 2 – Improving the qualifications of the staff of medicinal entities participating in the project. The value of eligible costs of the project is PLN 1 070 795.48, including PLN 910 176.16 the value of the requested co-financing. The implementation of the project in partnership will translate into an increase in the area of impact and scope of intervention, and a comprehensive solution to the problems identified. Przedmiotem realizacji projektu jest wdrożenie 1 interoperacyjnego i zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego e-zdrowie, wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną w 4 podmiotach świadczących usługi zdrowotne, celem poprawy dostępności i jakości usług medycznych, kierowanych na rzecz mieszkańców powiatu tczewskiego w okresie 08.2017-10.2019. Przedmiot projektu zostanie zrealizowany w ramach 2 zadań: ZADANIE 1 - Utworzenie systemu e-zdrowie, ZADANIE 2 - Podniesienie kwalifikacji kadry podmiotów leczniczych biorących udział w projekcie. Wartość kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu stanowi 1 070 795,48 zł, w tym 910 176,16 zł wartość wnioskowanego dofinansowania. Realizacja projektu w partnerstwie przełoży się na zwiększenie obszaru oddziaływanie i zasięgu interwencji, oraz kompleksowe rozwiązanie zdiagnozowanych problemów. Projekt będzie komplementarny zarówno z projektami centralnymi realizowanymi przez CSIOZ – w szczególności P1, P2, P4 oraz Pomorskie e-Zdrowie. (Polish)
