The following participants participate in the project: Lider- District and Strategic Partnership for the State of Rural Development of the Municipality of Chojnice. The aim is to adapt the entities to the requirements of the legislation on electronic health and interoperability. As part of the implementation process, a IT meeting meeting the requirements for interoperability with regional systèmes will be implemented within the framework of the strategic “Pomorskie eHealth” and with the national IT system within the framework of platform P1 and P2. The scope of the business shall be to: expansion and modernisation of the IT network infrastructure, including the purchase of servers with a server adjustment; purchase, installation and implementation of the syst. HIS, RIS, PACS, LIS, EDM, ERP, data collection and archiving, and the management of information, including data access and information infrastructure; the purchase of computer equipment and the necessary programme; training on new eHealth services and information. W ramach przedsięw. wdrożony zostanie syst. informatyczny spełniający wymogi interoperacyjności z regionalnym syst. w ramach przedsięw. strategicznego „Pomorskie e-zdrowie” oraz z krajowym syst. informatycznym w ramach platformy P1 i P2. Zakres przedsięw. obejmuje: rozbudowę i modernizację zasob. infrastruktury sieci teleinformatycznej, w tym zakup serwerów wraz z dostosowaniem serwerowi; zakup, instalację i wdrożenie syst.
