The project will be implemented in the 01.01.2019-30.06.2022 period on the territory of the Municipality of Ustka in the area of ‘E’ town planning unit, representing 2.15 % of the area. The area is characterised by the greatest social distress, while at the same time at the same time a degraded infrastructure has been degraded, and there is an insufficient level of communication; the main problems (according to the delimitation report) are: a high level of unemployment, a low level of social cohesion, a lack of autonomy for a large population of residents, dependent on social assistance, and a low level of social entrepreneurship, and a shortage of social services for the owners, dependent persons, the sick and the families with children. In addition, the area has shown a high proportion of children posing educational problems, where there is a problem with juvenile delinquency. It has been noted by the inhabitants, in a public consultation (V-VI.2016), by the lack of adequate time facilities for families with nursing and/or educational problems, by the lack of a recreational offer for children and young people, by the absence of an environmental community centre. People also pointed to the lack of offer and adequate care for children and young people, which according to them translate into educational problems and educational problems and an insufficient level of social activity. the project will cover 120os (86K and 34M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including 60 parents and children, 50 dependent children and 10 carers living in the ‘E’ area. The objective will be pursued through actions: 1. Social services for dependent persons and their carers 2. Social services for families will be pursued in the UUTW partnership. Project promoter on behalf of W- CIS in Ustka, operator of individual sub-tasks — MOPs in Ustka. The project is in line with GPR for M. Ustka for the period 2016-2020. (English)

    Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.01.2019r.–30.06.2022r.na terenie Gminy Miasto Ustka,na obszarze jednostki urbanistycznej „E”, stanowiącej 2,15% pow. Miasta.Na obszarze tym odnotowuje się największe spiętrzenie problemów społ.,przy jednoczesnym występowaniu zdegradowanej infrastruktury rekreacyjno-integracyjnej i niedostatecznym stanie ciągów komunikacyjnych.Podstawowe problemy(wg Raportu z delimitacji)to: wysoki poziom bezrobocia, niski poziom spójności społecznej, niesamodzielność dużej grupy mieszkańców wyrażająca się w uzależnieniu od pomocy społ. oraz niskim poziomie przedsiębiorczości mieszkańców oraz niedostateczna oferta usług społ. skierowana do ON,osób zależnych, chorych oraz do rodzin z dziećmi. Ponadto na obszarze wykazano duży odsetek dzieci stwarzających problemy wychowawcze, występuje problem z przestępczością wśród młodzieży. Zauważalny jest przez mieszkańców, podczas konsultacji społ.(V-VI.2016), brak oferty zagospodarowania czasu wolnego dla rodzin z problemami opiekuńczo-wychowawczymi, niewystarczająca oferta rekreacyjna dla dzieci i młodzieży, brak świetlicy środowiskowej. Mieszkańcy wskazywali także na brak oferty i odpowiedniej opieki nad dziećmi i młodzieżą, co wg nich przekłada się na problemy wychowawcze i problemy w nauce oraz na niewystarczający poziom aktywności społ.Wsparciem w projekcie objętych zostanie 120os (86K i 34M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 60 os - rodziców i dzieci, 50 os.niesamodzielnych i 10 ich opiekunów, zamieszkujących na obszarze „E”. Cel będzie osiągany za pomocą działań: 1. Usługi społeczne dla osób niesamodzielnych i ich opiekunów 2. Usługi społeczne dla rodzin Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z UUTW. Realizator projektu w imieniu W- CIS w Ustce, realizator poszczególnych podzadań- MOPS w Ustce. Projekt jest zgodny z GPR dla M. Ustka na lata 2016-2020. (Polish)
