Objective of the project: increase employment among 40 ON (20K,20M) from the area of Kościerskie from 10.2018 to 08.2020 through the application of active social integration measures and bottom-up approach. Specific objectives: 1. Activating incl. at least 20 – OZN (10K, 10M) 2. Equipment/strengthening the competence of the community, resourcefulness, independence and activity in min. 40 OZN (20K, 20M). realised by: Zad 1) Creation of an Individual Reintegration Path (PD) for 40 OZN (20K, 20M): a) Diagnosis of the situation of the participant – recruitment b) Diagnosis of psychology. c) Consultation with the employer on the profession selected by OZN Zad 2) Activities in the field of active inclusion in the community for 40 OZN (20K, 20M) a) Establishment of an Active Integration Centre (CAI) b) Treatment workshops shaping social competences in this block of employment. Projekt skierowany do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem/ wykluczeniem społ. 40 (20K 20M) o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności/osób z niepeł. intelektualną (w tym z zab. psych)/ osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi/z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi, bezrobotne/bierne zawodowo. Połowa gr. docelowej to osoby objęte PO PŻ. Beneficjenci będą mieszkańcami pow. kościer. w tym gm. Liniewo, Karsin-obszar o ponadprzeciętnym wykluczeniu. Projekt realizowany we współpracy z pracodawcą, wolontariuszami, w celu osiągnięcia wszystkich rezultatów projektu.
