The project “Destination Zmiana...” is aimed at dependent people who have completed their treatment, the long-term unemployed and the inactive, with deficits in education, including those living with HIV and disabled persons who have been faced with multiple exclusions. The selection of the group is due to a perceived gap in the support system for social assistance and labour offices. Many people after therapy do not find any place in which they could start. For various reasons, they are not ready to live outside the centre, their motivation is fragile, with low life potential: lack of education, professional experience, resilience to failure, social skills. At the same time, they need to return to the labour market as they can only gain their independence and get back to the habit. The project will implement measures aimed at the acquisition by the group of social competences and the professional qualifications needed to find and maintain a job. The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive support for the social and professional reintegration of 120 people who have been subjected to multiple exclusion from the municipality of Przemyśl, leading to an increase in their employment. Its audience will be 24 women and 96 men — the figure is based on persistent statistics according to which women are 4 times less likely to take psychoactive measures (Diagnosis Social 2011), which is confirmed by applicant statistics (1-2 women counts for 10- patients). The reintegration programme will be implemented by the CIS in Wanadoo (8 editions six months after 15 people) by: psychological, social, career counselling, workshops developing social and professional skills, vocational education, workshops, training. Participants will live at the applicant’s premises, which will be part of their reintegration to study life in the group. The project will result in a minimum of 36 employment and a minimum of 60 people. (English)

(Polish)
