The planned project includes the implementation of a series of tasks in the area of the Old Town in Kwidzyn, i.e. in the area of revitalisation with an area of 86.5 ha and inhabited by 5073 inhabitants. The project shall include the following tasks: 1.Adaptation of the premises at Pl.Plebiscytowy in Kwidzyn to the activity of "Centrum Together" with adaptation for people with disabilities (for the purposes of running a deinstitutionalised facility "RAZEM Centre"), 2.My place" Intergenerational revalorisation of parks: 2 small and 1 large. 3. Purchase of equipment for the purpose of creating a Multicenter, 4.Modernisation of selected elements of common parts 5 residential buildings, 5.Social actions for shaping community attitudes and integrating the local community into revitalisation activities. The aim of the project is to: the creation of an attractive and functional city centre which creates the conditions for the activity of residents; supporting those in need, excluded and at risk of exclusion; building community capital. Planowane przedsięwzięcie obejmuje realizację cyklu zadań na obszarze Starego Miasta w Kwidzynie, tj. na obszarze rewitalizacji o powierzchni 86,5 ha i zamieszkiwanym przez 5073 mieszkańców. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje następujące zadania: 1.Adaptację lokalu przy Pl.Plebiscytowym w Kwidzynie na działalność "Centrum Razem" z przystosowaniem dla osób niepełnosprawnych (na potrzeby prowadzenia zdeinstytucjonalizowanej placówki "Centrum RAZEM"), 2."Moje miejsce" Międzypokoleniowa rewaloryzacja parków: 2 małych i 1 dużego. 3.Zakup wyposażenia dla potrzeb utworzenia Multicentrum, 4.Modernizację wybranych elementów części wspólnych 5 budynków mieszkalnych, 5.Działania społ.dot.kształtowania postaw społ. i włączenia lokalnej społeczności w działania rewitalizacyjne.
