Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywn społ. i gosp. mieszkańców zdegradowanych obszarów na terenie GMR poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowych,zintegrowanych,celowych działań w sferze społecznej,przestrzennej i gospodarczej, w oparciu o zdiagnozowane problemy.Działania infrastrukturalne mają cel subsydiarny wobec działań społecznych planowanych w ramach przedsięwzięcia zintegrowanego planowanego w ramach Oś 6-Klubu Integracji Społecznej i Centrum Usług Społecznych.Zakres: Z.1.Renowację oraz remont części wspólnych budynków mieszkalnych na terenie Zagórza Z.2.Zakup i wyposażenie lokalu na potrzeby działania KIS Z.3.Kompleksowe zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznych i rozbud. infrastruktury komunalnej na Zagórzu Z.4.Budowę publicznej infrastruktury na Wzgórzu Markowca Z.5.System wsparcia inicjatyw oddolnych w ramach instrumentu elastyczności.
