Przedmiotem projektu pn. „Gdynia odNowa: Rewitalizacja zachodniej części dzielnicy Witomino-Radiostacja” jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja podobszaru obejmującego zachodnią część dzielnicy Witomino-Radiostacja o łącznej powierzchni wynoszącej około 37 ha oraz zamieszkiwanej przez około 5 300 osób, będąca indywidualnie określoną w ramach Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji strategią kompleksowych, zintegrowanych i wzajemnie powiązanych działań zmierzających do ograniczenia zjawiska wykluczenia społecznego mieszkańców i postępującej marginalizacji osiedla poprzez utworzenie Centrum Sąsiedzkiego dedykowanego rozwojowi funkcji społecznych, zagospodarowanie terenów w sąsiedztwie Szkoły Podstawowej nr 35 pomiędzy ulicami Uczniowską i Nauczycielską, utworzenie ciągu pieszo-jezdnego i osiedlowych przestrzeni publicznych, przebudowę i/lub remonty wybranych elementów części wspólnych budynków mieszkalnych oraz rozbudowę ulicy Nauczycielskiej.
