Grupą docelową jest 96 osób (58 kobiet, 38 mężczyzn) pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które utraciły pracę z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu lub przewidzianych do zwolnienia lub zagrożonych zwolnieniem w ilości nie przekraczającej 30% całości grupy docelowej, zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego) na terenie województwa pomorskiego. Co najmniej 80% uczestników projektu stanowią (łącznie) osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych i kobiety. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększona zdolność do uzyskania ponownego zatrudnienia (uzyskanie efektywności zatrudnieniowej) wśród 96 osób, poprzez dostosowanie kwalifikacji zawodowych/rynkowych i/lub kompetencji do aktualnych potrzeb rynku pracy. Cel główny zrealizowany zostanie w terminie 01.09.2017-31.05.2019 r. Cel główny zrealizowany zostanie dzięki zaplanowanym działaniom projektowym, tj.: 1) Doradztwo zawodowe połączone z przygotowaniem/aktualizacją Indywidualnego Planu Działania; 2) Poradnictwo psychologiczne; 3) Pośrednictwo pracy; 4) Warsztaty w zakresie technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy; 5) Szkolenia w zakresie nabywania kompetencji kluczowych (kompetencje cyfrowe); 6) Szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych/rynkowych; 7) Staże zawodowe. W efekcie realizacji projektu co najmniej 87 osób (w tym co najmniej 53 kobiety) uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje oraz co najmniej 53 osoby (w tym co najmniej 32 kobiety) podejmą ponowne zatrudnienie.
