Celem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnych narzędzi informatycznych przyspieszających procesy pozyskiwania klientów, gromadzenia bazy potencjalnych pracowników, wyszukiwania pracowników pod konkretne zamówienia, rozliczenia czasu pracy i innych informacji o pracownikach delegowanych do pracy, kontroli jakości. Zostanie to osiągnięte dzięki zaplanowanym do zakupu w projekcie środkom trwałym (laptopy) oraz wartościom niematerialnym i prawnym. W ramach projektu stworzony zostanie innowacyjny system usprawniający proces świadczenia usług przez Wnioskodawcę, który będzie posiadał następujące moduły: - ewidencjonowania i rozliczania pracowników tymczasowych - integracja z systemu kadrowo-płacowym Wnioskodawcy - modułu kontroli jakości - baz danych pracowników i portalu pracownika - automatyzacji aplikowania kandydatów - inteligentnego skanowania CV - wywiadowczego - generowania umów dla klientów i ofert handlowych - filtrowania kandydatów - anonimizacji danych (Polish)
