| Property / summary: The project is located in the Czech Republic and includes the deep renovation of the Town Hall building at ul. The th anniversary of the PRL 6. — the thermal modernisation of all the building envelope, including the reconstruction of the terrace with warming (as a thermal bridge), the replacement of window and door frames, conductor frames and accompanying works, — replacement of the secondary installations, — replacement of the lighting fittings of the light fittings. In addition, the adaptation work at the facility (non-eligible costs) is: Modification of the object’s functional layout and modification of the use of the premises by the MOPS to the new children’s department, including alterations to the internal installation of sanitary and electrical facilities in the premises, the renovation of the atrium and the fitting-out of the site. The project will allow a reduction of the energy balance of the site (described in the final energy savings ratio) by 64.1 %, as well as a reduction of its environmental pressure (secondary emission reduction). Przedsięwzięcie zlokalizowane jest w Czeladzi i obejmuje głęboką termomodernizację budynku Żłobka Miejskiego przy ul. XXXV-lecia PRL 6. - termomodernizację wszystkich przegród zewnętrznych obiektu, w tym przebudowę tarasu z ociepleniem (jako mostkiem cieplnym), - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, montażem nawiewników wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi, - wymianę instalacji c.o., - wymianę instalacji opraw świetlnych na energooszczędne. Ponadto, pracami adaptacyjnymi w obiekcie (koszty niekwalifikowane) są: - przebudowa układu funkcjonalnego obiektu i zmiana sposobu użytkowania pomieszczeń po MOPS na nowy oddział dziecięcy, - przebudowa instalacji wewnętrznych sanitarnych i elektrycznych w pomieszczeniach, - przebudowa atrium oraz zagospodarowania terenu. Dzięki omawianemu przedsięwzięciu możliwe będzie zmniejszenie bilansu energetycznego obiektu (opisanego wskaźnikiem oszczędności energii końcowej) o 64,1%, a także zmniejszeniem jego presji na środowisko (redukcją emisji wtórnej).
