The aim of the project is to improve the protection layer of the magnetic core of the medium voltage measuring transducers.The need for a protective layer results directly from the technology of flooding in the final stage of the already assembled converters in the epoxy resin shaped in the shape of the housing of these devices. This stage produces strong compressive stresses of the magnetic core, which degrade the magnetic circuit parameters in each manufacturer. This results in the loss of the class of the voltage converter and very often its disposal. Different core protection methods are used to counter this unfavourable phenomenon, and the own solution (patent No 203724) concerns the production of a protective layer with dilation effects produced from two components of polyurethane foam (resin and hardener). These components are currently dosed by hand, and production in open forms does not allow to ensure a properly shaped and smooth surface of the dilatation layer. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest poprawa własności warstwy ochronnej rdzenia magnetycznego przekładników pomiarowych średniego napięcia.Potrzeba stosowania warstwy ochronnej wynika bezpośrednio z technologii zalewania w końcowym etapie zmontowanych już przekładników w żywicę epoksydową w kształcie obudowy tych urządzeń. Ten etap wywołuje silne naprężenia ściskające rdzeń magnetyczny, które degradują parametry obwodu magnetycznego u każdego producenta. Wywołuje to efekt utraty klasy przekładnika napięciowego i bardzo często jego utylizację. Aby przeciwdziałać temu niekorzystnemu zjawisku stosuje się różne metody ochrony rdzeni, a rozwiązanie własne (patent nr 203724) dotyczy produkcji warstwy ochronnej o działaniach dylatacyjnych produkowanej z dwóch składników pianki poliuretanowej (żywicy i utwardzacza). Składniki te dozowane są w tej chwili ręcznie,a produkcja realizowana w formach otwartych,nie pozwalających na zapewnienie odpowiednio ukształtowanej i gładkiej powierzchni warstwy dylatacyjnej.
