Task No 1 Adaptation and purchase of the equipment of the Farm Care Service in Maziar (Municipality of Boyko): Foreseen adaptation and purchasing will take into account the needs of the ON. The funds purchased will equally be available for persons without disabilities and disabled persons. These will include, but are not limited to, elements such as the adaptation of the DOD to the needs of ON, the use of new technologies as a tool to support dependent people, investigating the barriers and risks of support taking into account the ON institution. In addition, the DIP will have no architectural barriers, at least 1 bathrooms will be adapted to the needs of the individual on the basis of the possibility of bathing and showering, and the fitting-out of a kitchen room for rooms with room rooms, as well as their surface adapted to the needs of the individual. Task No 2 Organisation of day care for 30 UP in Maziar House of Care: The Realisation of Task 2 will also take into account the needs of persons with disabilities, such as: 1. The place of compliance will be for the people of incomplete ones. 2. Dates for support agreed and consulted with ON, 3. The website of the Project will be adapted to the needs of the visually impaired. 4. Training materials will be adapted to the needs of, for example, a larger font, 5. They will be responsible for adapting the course of activities to the needs of disabled persons. for example, longer or more frequent breaks, 6. This will be a non-confidential version of Article 16 of the Regulation.     Zadanie nr 1 Adaptacja i zakup wyposażenia Domu Opieki Dziennej w Maziarni (Gmina Bojanów): Przewidziana adaptacja i zakupy uwzględniać będą potrzeby ON. Zakupione środki dostępne będą w równym stopniu dla osób pełnosprawnych i niepełnosprawnych. Wzięte pod uwagę będą między innymi takie elementy jak dostosowanie DOD do potrzeb ON, wykorzystywanie nowych technologii jako narzędzi umożliwiającej wspieranie osób niesamodzielnych, badanie barier i ryzyk wynikających z prowadzonego wsparcia przy uwzględnieniu stytuacji ON. Dodatkowo DOD pozbawiony będzie barier architektonicznych, przynajmniej 1 łazienka dostosowana będzie do potrzeb ON z możliwością kąpieli i prysznica a wyposażenie łazienki sal pokoi kuchni a także ich powierzchnia dostosowana będzie dla potrzeb ON. Zadanie nr 2 Organizacja opieki dziennej dla 30 UP w Domu Opieki Dziennej w Maziarni (Gmina Bojanów): Realizazcja zadania 2 uwzględniać będzie również potrzeby osób niepełnosprawnych takie jak: 1. Miejsce dostoso. będzie dla osób z niepełn. 2. Terminy wsparcia uzgodnione i konsultowane z ON, 3. Strona internetowa Projektu dostos. będzie do potrzeb osób niedowidzących. 4. Materiały szkoleniowe dostos. będą do potrzeb ON np. większa czcionka, 5. Prowadzący dostosują sposób prowadzenia zajęć do potrzeb osób z niepełnospr. np. dłuższe lub częstsze przerwy, 6. Respekt. będzie zas niedyskr. zg z art.16 Rozp. Rady(WE) nr1083/2006 ustanaw. przep og dot.EFS.Płeć, rasa, lub poch etnicz, religia lub światopog, niepełnospr., orient. seks nie będzie wyzn przyj UP.
