The aim of the project is to increase the level of professional activity and employability of unemployed people over 29 registered in PUP in Ropczyce. The main result of the project will be the employment of 70 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people above 29, i.e.: • Unemployed persons qualified for assistance profile I(so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II(requiring support)from groups: —as of 50. —long-term unemployed -women -person with low professional qualifications • farmers and members of their families leading individual farmers up to a size of 2 hectares, intending to leave agriculture, belonging to the above groups. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Ropczycach. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 70 os. zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną os. powyżej 29r.ż.tj.: •osoby bezrobotne zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni)lub profilu pomocy II(tzw.wymagający wsparcia)z grup: -os.od 50r.ż. -os.długotrwale bezrobotne -kobiety -os.niepełnosprawne -os.o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych •rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin prowadzący indywidualne gosp.rolne do wielkości 2 ha,zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa,należący do ww grup. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
