The aim of the project is to increase the level of activity and employability of unemployed people over the year 29 registered at the PUP in Nisko The main result of the project will be the employment of 106 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age, i.e.: • Unemployed persons qualified for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support)” from groups: — persons from the age of 50 years – long-term unemployed – women – disabled persons – low-skilled people • farmers and members of their families who run individual farms up to the size of 2 hectares, intending to leave agriculture, belonging to the above mentioned groups. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Nisku Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 106 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia tj.: • osoby bezrobotne zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) z grup: - osoby od 50 roku życia - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - kobiety - osoby niepełnosprawne - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych • rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa, należący do wyżej wymienionych grup. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
