Provided for in 2017-XII 2018 in Podkarpackie Province. The support is targeted at 72 persons from the above-mentioned area (44K, 28M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion because of disability. The principal objective of the project is to increase the social activity of the population of 2018 to the th century and to the employability of the 72 inhabitants of the war.s, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, by covering a comprehensive programme of support, responding to the difficulties identified and the barriers encountered in the area of social and occupational activities. The Proposal provides for the implementation of inclusive social activation schemes based on a reintegration path created for each PA, taking into account the diagnosis of its problem, resources, capacity, predisposition, needs, constraints. Under the project, tasks will be carried out: 1. IDENTIFY THE PATH OF SUPPORT FOR PROJECT PARTICIPANTS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL SOCIAL/OCCUPATIONAL INTEGRATION STRATEGY 2. ACTIVE SOCIAL INCLUSION SERVICES 3. ACTIVE INCLUSION SERVICES — OCCUPATIONAL GUIDANCE 4. Active services for vocational training — TRAINING AND STAGE Implementation: Acquisition of the skills necessary for a minimum of 62 UP in the labour market, — acquisition of qualifications which correspond to the needs of the local labour market, for a minimum of 58 UP — acquisition of practical experience at a time by 72 UP. By supporting the development of life competences, the rest of the world and the drive for emancipation and better integration into social networks by the use of active inclusion and activation instruments, it will not only increase the number of people actively looking for a job, but also people with disabilities.     Proj.realizowany w okresie IV 2017-XII 2018 na terenie województwa podkarpackiego. Wsparcie w ramach proj.skierowane jest do 72 osób z ww. terenu (44K,28M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z powodu niepełnosprawności. Celem głównym proj. jest podwyższenie do IX 2018r. aktywności społ.-zaw. oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia 72 mieszkańców woj.podkarpackiego zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.z powodu niepełnosprawności poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym programem wsparcia,odpowiadającym na zidentyfikowane trudności i bariery,jakie napotykają w funkcjonowaniu społeczno-zawodowym. Proj.zakłada wdrażanie kompleksowych programów aktywizacji społ.-zaw. w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywid.dla każdego UP, z uwzględnieniem diagnozy jego syt.problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb, ograniczeń. W ramach projektu realizowane będą Zadania: 1. OKREŚLENIE ŚCIEŻKI WSPARCIA UCZESTNIKÓW PROJEKTU WRAZ Z OPRACOWANIEM INDYWIDUALNEJ STRATEGII INTEGRACJI SPOŁECZNO-ZAWODOWEJ 2. USŁUGI AKTYWNEJ INTEGRACJI O CHARAKTERZE SPOŁECZNYM 3. USŁUGI AKTYWNEJ INTEGRACJI O CHARAKTERZE ZAWODOWYM - PORADNICTWO ZAWODOWE 4. USŁUGI AKTYWNEJ INTEGRACJI O CHARAKTERZE ZAWODOWYM - SZKOLENIA I STAŻE ZAWODOWE Realizacja proj.przyczyni się m.in.do: - nabycia kompetencji społ.-zaw. niezbędnych na rynku pracy przez min. 62 UP, - nabycia kwalifikacji zaw. zbieżnych z potrzebami lokalnego rynku pracy przez min. 58 UP - nabycia praktycznego doświad.zaw. przez 72 UP. Dzięki wspieraniu rozwoju kompetencji życiowych, społ.i zaw. oraz dążeń do usamodzielnienia ekonom. i większego zintegrowania ze społ. poprzez wykorzystanie instrumentów aktywnej integracji i aktywizacji wzrośnie nie tylko liczba osób aktywnie poszukujących pracy, ale także zatrudnionych wśrod populacji osób niepełnosprawnych.
