The subject of the project of the School of Dreams in the Paczków Municipality will be the implementation of complementary activities aimed at improving the quality of teaching in the supported schools. The main problem of the project resulting from an individual diagnosis is the poor quality of education in primary schools in the Paczków commune, characterised by: low innovation (too weak school base, etc.), inefficient learning methods (no methodical studies), insufficient offer of extracurricular activities developing interests and compensatory activities, lack of entrepreneurial attitudes and initiative of pupils, high level of abstraction of lessons and low adaptation of the teaching process to the personality potential of pupils. All this leads to low competences of key primary school pupils supported – as confirmed by the results below the voivodship average from the sixth Secondary School Test. In response to these problems, we have created a project that aims to: Increasing the level of quality and attractiveness of the educational offer of basic education in the Paczków Municipality by: introduction of a new tool – effective learning workshops aimed at improving key competences, appropriate attitudes necessary to operate on the labour market in 350dz and 343 pupils of primary schools in the Paczków commune and equipment of the subject workshops and improving the competences of teachers (17K I 1M) from 02.05.2017 to 28.06.2019. Przedmiotem projektu Szkoły Marzeń w Gminie Paczków będzie realizacja komplementarnych działań zmierzających do podniesienia jakości nauczania w szkołach objętych wsparciem. Problemgłówny projektu wynikający z przeprowadzonej indywidualnej diagnozy to niska jakość edukacji w szkołach podstawowych na terenie Gminy Paczków, charakteryzująca się: niską innowacyjnością zajęć( zbyt słaba baza szkoły itp.), nieefektywnymi metodami kształcenia( brak opracowań metodycznych), niewystarczająca oferta zajęć pozalekcyjnych rozwijających zainteresowania i wyrównawczych, brak postaw przedsiębiorczości i inicjatywności uczniów, wysokim poziomem abstrakcji lekcji oraz niskim dostosowaniem procesu dydaktycznego do potencjału osobowościowego uczniów. To wszystko prowadzi do niskich kompetencji kluczowych uczniów szkół podstawowych objętych wsparciem- co potwierdzają wyniki poniżej średniej wojewódzkiej ze sprawdzianu szóstoklasisty. W odpowiedzi na powyższe problemy stworzyliśmy projekt, który ma na celu: Wzrost poziomu jakości i atrakcyjności oferty edukacyjnej kształcenia podstawowego w Gminie Paczków poprzez: wprowadzenie nowego narzędzia – warsztatów efektywnej nauki ukierunkowanych na podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw niezbędnych do funkcjonowanie na rynku pracy u 350dz i 343ch uczniów szkół Podstawowych w Gminie Paczków oraz wyposażenia pracowni przedmiotowych oraz podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli (17K I 1M) w terminie od 02.05.2017 do 28.06.2019 r. W tym czasie zrealizujemy szkolenia dla nauczycieli, wyposażymy szkoły w niezbędny sprzęt do prowadzenia zajęć,stworzymy pracownie przedmiotowe do nauki opartej na metodzie eksperymentu i przeprowadzimy innowacyjne warsztaty rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów objętych wsparciem.To wszystko przyczyni się do trwałego wzrostu jakości i atrakcyjności oferty kształcenia dostępnej w szkołach objętych wsparciem. Nie było by to możliwe bez wsparcia z EFS. (Polish)
