The project is addressed to 342 persons (205K,137M) registered in the District Labour Office in Słupsk as unemployed from the area of the Słupsk county and the city of Słupsk for whom a profile of aid I or II within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (excluding persons before the age of 30) belonging to at least one of the following groups has been established: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of activities aimed at activating unemployed persons registered in the PUP in Słupsk. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Professional activation of participants/pieces of the project. Professional activation as a result of permanent employment, i.e. at least 3 months of employment of the former unemployed; 2. Increase the employability of participants/pieces of the project. Actions: 1. Promotion of the project; 2. Recruitment and recruitment of participants/calls for the project; 3. The inclusion of participants/pieces of the project through work and/or professional guidance; 4. Forms of support planned in the project: — one-off measures for taking up economic activity for 57 persons (33K,24M), – reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of a job for 159 unemployed persons (89K,70M), – training (contracting, training grants, reimbursement of travel expenses) for 62 unemployed (32K,30M), – traineeships (training grants, reimbursement of travel expenses) for 64 people (51K,13M). Projekt skierowany jest do 342 osób (205K,137M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Słupsku jako bezrobotne z terenu powiatu słupskiego i miasta Słupska, dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia), należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP w Słupsku. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: 1. Aktywizacja zawodowa uczestników/czek projektu. Aktywizacja zawodowa rozumiana jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesiące zatrudnienia dotychczasowych bezrobotnych; 2. Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników/czek projektu. Działania: 1. Promocja projektu; 2. Rekrutacja i nabór uczestników/czek do projektu; 3. Objęcie uczestników/czek projektu pośrednictwem pracy i/lub poradnictwem zawodowym; 4. Formy wsparcia zaplanowane w projekcie: - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 57 osób (33K,24M), - refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 159 osób bezrobotnych (89K,70M), - szkolenia (podkontraktowanie, stypendia szkoleniowe, zwrot kosztów dojazdu) dla 62 osób bezrobotnych (32K,30M), - staże zawodowe (stypendia stażowe, zwrot kosztów dojazdu) dla 64 osób (51K,13M). Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać jego uczestnikom jest podjęcie i utrzymanie przez nich pracy przez co najmniej 3 miesiące. (Polish)
