The project will support a group of 853 people (499K,354M). They will be registered as unemployed in the PUP from the area of Wejherowski. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed by improving the quality of activities aimed at activating unemployed persons registered in the Labour Office in Wejherowo. Specific objectives of the project: — Professional activation of at least: 33 % of project participants aged 50 years and over, 39 % women, 33 % with disabilities, 30 % debt. unemployed and 38 % of low-skilled participants. Professional activation is understood in the project as a result of permanent employment, i.e. lasting at least 3 months, the employment of the current mercenary and increase the employability of project participants. These actions will contribute to the achievement of the effects and indicators related to the ITI Strategy. Planned forms of support: an in-depth analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of each of the project participants in the form of the development/modification of the IPD; training – 251os(108K,143M); traineeships- 297 people(247K,50M);one measure for taking up a department. gosp. (grants)-245 os(114K,131M)including 1K after an internship, 54K and 67M after school;cost refunds equip. or equip. work condition for direct unemployment – 188os(90K,98M)including 4K after an internship, 1K after school and 1M after school; The project is consistent with relevant Community policies and principles (including policies of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, inter alia, the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the PHP Law, the HRC 2014-2020 and the SCOOP ROP of the PCF 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation and policies. Wsparciem w ramach proj. zostanie objęta grupa 853 osoby (499K,354M). Będą to osoby zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w PUP z obszaru pow wejherowskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienie os pozostających bez pracy poprzez poprawę jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy w Wejherowie. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej: 33% uczestników projektu w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 39% kobiet, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 30% osób dług. bezrob. i 38% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach. Aktywizacja zawodowa rozumiana jest w projekcie jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia dotychczasowych bezr oraz podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Te działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia efektów i wskaźników związanych ze Strategią ZIT. Planowane formy wsparcia: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego z uczestn projektu w postaci opracowania/modyfikacji IPD; szkolenia – 251os(108K,143M); staże– 297 os(247K,50M);jedn. środki na podjęcie dział. gosp.
