Przedmiotowy projekt jest elementem lub częścią kompleksowej rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej obszarów zmarginalizowanych na obszarach miejskich. Zakres inwestycji wynika z zapisów, zatwierdzonego przez Zarząd Województwa Podlaskiego Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Sokółka. Celem głównym projektu jest przeciwdziałanie degradacji przestrzeni zurbanizowanej, zjawiskom kryzysowym, pobudzanie rozwoju i zmian jakościowych, prowadzonych wspólnie przez władzę samorządową, społeczność lokalną i innych uczestników. Z efektów projektu korzystać będzie rocznie około 2000 mieszkańców gminy Sokółka(w roku 2020). Zakres inwestycji (lokalizacja Osiedle Zielone) obejmuje wykonanie: – ciągu pieszo – rowerowego wraz z miejscami odpoczynku dla pieszych i rowerów – slipu do wodowania sprzętu wodnego – pomostu i kładki pływającej – schodów terenowych w miejscu istniejących schodów –wykonanie placu zabaw wraz z siłownią plenerową oraz towarzyszącą infrastrukturą komunikacyjną: chodnik, zatoczki postojowe na rowery, ścieżka piesza oraz małej architektury: urządzenia rekreacyjne, ławki, kosze na śmieci, stojaki rowerowe, ogrodzenie, tablice informacyjne jak i terenem zieleni urządzonej: trawnik, nasadzenia, palisada drewniana – ambony widokowej. Okres realizacji projektu to III kwartał 2018 -III kwartał 2019 r. Wartość kwalifikowalna projektu to ponad 4,4 mln zł, z czego 70 % stanowi dotacja z EFRR, a 10% dotacja z budżetu państwa. Niniejszy projekt jest uzupełnieniem interwencji EFS. (Polish)

The scope of the investment results from the provisions, approved by the Podlaskie Voivodship’s Local Revitalisation Programme of Sokółka. The main objective of the project is to counteract the degradation of urbanised space, crisis phenomena, stimulate development and qualitative changes, jointly led by local authorities, local communities and other participants. The results of the project will be used annually by about 2000 inhabitants of the municipality of Sokółka (in 2020). The scope of the investment (location of the Green Estate) includes the execution of: — on foot – bicycle with resting places for pedestrians and bicycles – a slip for launching water equipment – a bridge and a floating footbridge – field stairs in place of existing stairs – execution of a playground with an outdoor gym and accompanying communication infrastructure: pavement, parking coves for bicycles, footpaths and small architecture: recreational facilities, benches, garbage bins, bicycle stands, fences, information boards and green area: lawn, planting, wooden palisade – observation pulpit. The project’s implementation period is the third quarter of 2018 to III quarter of 2019. The eligible value of the project is over PLN 4.4 million, of which 70 % is a grant from the ERDF and 10 % from the state budget. This project complements the ESF intervention. (English)
