Celem projektu jest efektywna realizacja RPO WP poprzez umożliwienie sprawnego funkcjonowania systemu realizacji programu oraz zapewnienie ciągłości procesów zarządzania i wdrażania. Do zrealizowania celu niezbędne jest zaangażowanie kadr o odpowiednich kwalifikacjach, umożliwienie im dostępu do różnych form dokształcania, zapewnienie warunków technicznych, organizacyjnych i administracyjnych, wynajem środków transportu na potrzeby kontroli beneficjentów oraz zapewnienie oceny eksperckiej projektów.
