The aim of the project is to increase the level of activity incl. and employability of OB over 29 years registered in the PUP in Przeworsk. The main result of the project will be the employment of 82 UP – OB registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age, i.e.: unemployed persons qualified for the second aid profile (so-called “requiring support)” from groups: — persons from 50 years of age – long-term unemployed – women – people with disabilities – low-skilled people As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will precede an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given UP (IPD). On this basis, PUP in P-sk will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market (i.e. vocational guidance and intermediation, internships and intervention jobs), thanks to which participants and project participants who have lost their jobs and/or have difficulties in finding new employment will gain the necessary skills, competences and professional experience to facilitate entry into the labour market of persons. The above services and instruments will be implemented in accordance with the terms of reference and the Rules of Procedure of the HR. (English)

    Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zaw. i zdolności do zatrudnienia OB powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Przeworsku. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 82 UP - OB zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia tj.: osoby bezrobotne zakwalifikowane do II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) z grup: - osoby od 50 roku życia - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - kobiety - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw. poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego UP (IPD). Na tej podstawie PUP w P-sku realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy (tj. poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy, staże i prace interwencyjne), dzięki którym uczestniczki i uczestnicy projektu, którzy utracili pracę i/lub mają trudności ze znalezieniem nowego zatrudnienia, zdobędą niezbędne umiejętności, kompetencje i doświadczenie zawodowe ułatwiające wejście na rynek pracy osobom. Powyższe usługi i instrumenty będą realizowane zgodnie z USTAWĄ oraz Regulaminem RPO WP. (Polish)
