Project Your Life – Our Common Matter II is a continuation of actions taken by both the Leader and the Project Partner, who, acting in favour of the socio-occupational reintegration of disadvantaged people on the labour market, take a number of measures to enable them to return and to move freely on the labour market. The leader with the Partner jointly implemented three projects in the field of activation of people without employment under sub-measure 7.2.1 of POKL. This is why the proposed project is a comprehensive offer for those at risk of social exclusion, which will facilitate their socio-employment activation processes and directly increase their chances in the labour market, adopt more active attitudes, greater integration in the local environment and take up employment and fulfil all social roles. This will be achieved by the implementation of tasks such as social activation, including individual and group activation support, which will allow the creation of an individual support path for each participant. This will also involve additional activities that will improve family ties as an element in motivating a person at risk of social exclusion to act. In addition, in order to integrate into the environment, attention will be paid to the joint observance of e.g. Easter breakfasts, Christmas dinners, etc. The project will involve the activation of schoolchildren at risk of social exclusion in order to avoid duplication of negative family/environmental patterns. The next phase of the project will be professional activation, which will concern all participants respectively – according to the agreed support path. People will be internships, reintegration classes with the employer or receive training/training. In connection with the implemented assortment, the parental support will be the remaining range of partners. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Polish)
