Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja czterech budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych nr 764, 766 ,767 i 770 w Chorzelowie.Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa warunków energetycznych budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej "Pod Lipami", zlokalizowanych w Chorzelowie.W ramach prac termomodernizacyjnych czterech budynków przewidziano:- docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic, - docieplenie ścian fundamentowych, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych,- docieplenie stropów- wymiana stolarki okiennej piwnic oraz klatek schodowych- wymiana stolarki drzwiowej,- montaż indywidualnych podzielników kosztów ogrzewania.
