The direct objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings in the Lesko Municipality. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Lesko. Nastąpi to dzięki podjęciu m.in. takich środków jak: termomodernizacja przegród budowlanych pionowych, termomodernizacja przegród budowlanych poziomych, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymiana źródeł światła na energooszczędne, instalacja OZE - pompy ciepła typu woda-powietrze, modernizacja systemów grzewczych, roboty remontowe kominów, modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej, modernizacja instalacji CWU, wykonanie instalacji odgromowej oraz inne roboty towarzyszące.Celami ogólnymi projektu jest poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektów i likwidacja dyskomfortu cieplnego odczuwanego przez użytkowników, redukcja kosztów zaopatrzenia budynków w energię oraz zmniejszenie emisji CO2.Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja (roboty budowlane i instalacyjne) obiektów użyteczności publicznej: budynku Powiatowej i Miejskiej Biblioteki Publicznej w Lesku, Gimnazjum i budynku kotłowni Gimnazjum, Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 w Lesku i Szkoły Podstawowej w Hoczwi. Działania realizowane w projekcie obejmują w szczególności: docieplenie budynku (przegrody zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne, stolarka drzwiowa i okienna), modernizację, remont lub wymianę wewnętrznej instalacji cieplnej, w tym wymiennikowni, wewnętrznych węzłów cieplnych, zastosowanie odzysku ciepła oraz montaż instalacji wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii w charakterze źródeł ciepła lub/i energii elektrycznej. Produkty projektu: dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych - 0,037 MWt, liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE – 2 szt., liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków – 5 szt., Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji 6140,75 m2, liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła – 4 szt.Projekt przyczynia się do realizacji celów Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Lesko na lata 2015-2020.
