The scope of the task includes investment activities aimed at improving the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in Pruchnik Municipality. As part of the implementation, planned to increase energy efficiency are school buildings (SP in Pruchnik and SP in Kramarzówka) and the building of the former Health Centre in Pruchnik, which will perform public functions after the task. All buildings are located in Pruchnik commune, and for all buildings the founding body is Pruchnik Municipality. Planned start date of the task – signing of the contract with the contractor – 10.04.2017r. Planned completion date of the task – signing of the final receipt of works – 30.11.2017r.The scope of the project includes investment activities aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of public utility buildings of Pruchnik Municipality. As part of the implementation planned to increase energy efficiency are the following buildings:- The building of the Primary School in Kramarzówka,- Primary School No. 1 in Pruchnik,- Building of the former Health Centre in Pruchnik The scope of investment activities was developed on the basis of energy audits. As part of the assessment of effectiveness, the following actions will be taken, inter alia: insulation of external walls, replacement of windows and external doors, production of a mechanical ventilation and exhaust system with recuperation, exchange of heat sources of central heating heating, roof insulation. The usable area of buildings undergoing energy modernisation will amount to 5118.00 m². As part of Renewable Energy Sources, absorbing heat pumps, solar collectors and LED lighting will be used in buildings. Planned start date of the task – signing of the contract with the contractor – 10.04.2017r. Zakres zadania obejmuje działania inwestycyjne mające na celu podniesienie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Pruchnik. W ramach realizacji planowane do podniesienia efektywności energetycznej są budynki szkolne (SP w Pruchniku i SP w Kramarzówce) oraz budynek dawnego Ośrodka Zdrowia w Pruchniku, który po realizacji zadania będzie pełnił funkcje publiczne. Wszystkie budynki znajdują się na terenie Gminy Pruchnik,i dla wszystkich obiektów organem założycielskim i prowadzącym jest Gmina Pruchnik. Planowany termin rozpoczęcia realizacji zadania - podpisanieumowy z wykonawcą - 10.04.2017r. Planowany termin zakończenia zadania - podpisanie protokołu końcowego odbioru robót - 30.11.2017r.Zakres projektu obejmuje działania inwestycyjne mające na celu podniesienie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej Gminy Pruchnik. W ramach realizacji planowane do podniesienia efektywności energetycznej są następujące budynki:- Budynek Szkoły Podstawowej w Kramarzówce,- Budynek Szkoły Podstawowej Nr 1 w Pruchniku,- Budynek dawnego Ośrodka Zdrowia w Pruchniku Zakres działań inwestycyjnych opracowany został na podstawie audytów energetycznych. W ramach dokonanej oceny efektywności podjęte zostaną m.in. następujące działania: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wymiana okien oraz drzwi zewnętrznych, wykonanie instalacji mechanicznej nawiewno - wywiewnej z rekuperacją, wymiana źródeł ciepła c.o. docieplenia stropodachu, dachu. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynkówpoddanych modernizacji energetycznej wyniesie 5 118,00 m2. W ramach Odnawialnych Źródeł Energii w budynkach zastosowane zostaną absorbcyjne pompy ciepła, kolektory słoneczne, oświetlenie LED. Planowany termin rozpoczęcia realizacji zadania - podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą - 10.04.2017r. Planowany termin zakończenia zadania - podpisanie protokołu końcowegoodbioru robót - 30.11.2017r.Zakres rzeczowy projektu objęty wnioskiem jest zgodny z wariantem optymalnym audytu energetycznego.
