The Po-MOC project for families provides complementary support for families experiencing caring and educational problems, including in case of risk of loss of childcare opportunities, in accordance with the Act of 9 June 2011 on supporting family and foster care system (Dz. U. of 2015, pos. 332. e.g. through: family Assistance (15 families), support families, consultancy and specialist counselling, including civil law – as a complementary action (mobile work of specialists with assistance in handling matters), therapy and mediation, organising meetings for families aimed at exchanging experiences and preventing isolation, called support groups or self-help groups. The support will include 30 families living in the municipality of Nysa with difficulties in fulfilling their educational roles. The need for action stems from the trend of increasing dysfunctionality of families in a multi-problem aspect – unemployment, poverty, violence, addiction, family breakdown, crime and lack of access to high-quality social services in the region.With the support of specialists, parents will rebuild their potential to play a role of care and education by increasing their social competence, regain sense of control, and increase their motivation to change their attitudes, and children will acquire the skills to manifest themselves. Participants will have the opportunity to follow the authorities of the supporting family models, as well as within self-help groups, strengthen their sense of efficiency and solidarity, mutual assistance and cooperation in the direction of solving social problems.The project will be implemented in the municipality of Nysa (Opolskie Voivodeship). During the implementation of the project, the applicant will run an office in Nysa with the possibility of making full documentation of the project implemented and providing the participants with the possibility of personal contact with the project staff.     Projekt Po-MOC dla rodzin zakłada komplementarne wsparcie rodzin przeżywających problemy opiekuńczo-wychowawcze,w tym w sytuacji zagrożenia utraty możliwości opieki nad dziećmi, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 9 czerwca 2011r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej (Dz. U. z 2015r. poz. 332) m.in. poprzez: asystenturę rodzinną ( 15 rodzin), rodziny wspierające,konsultacje i poradnictwo specjalistyczne, w tym prawno-obywatelskie- jako działanie uzupełniające (mobilna praca specjalistów wraz z towarzyszeniem przy załatwianiu spraw),terapię i mediację, organizowanie dla rodzin spotkań, mających na celu wymianę doświadczeń oraz zapobieganie izolacji, zwanych grupami wsparcia lub grupami samopomocowymi. Wsparciem obejmiemy 30 rodzin zamieszkujących gminę Nysa z trudnościami w wypełnianiu ról wychowawczych. Potrzeba realizacji działań wynika z tendencji wzrostowej dysfunkcjonalności rodzin w wieloproblemowym aspekcie - bezrobocie, ubóstwo, przemoc, uzależnienia,rozbicie rodzin, przestępczość oraz braku dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych w regionie.Dzięki wsparciu specjalistów, rodzice odbudują swój potencjał do pełnienia roli opiekuńczo-wychowaczej zwiększając kompetencje społeczne, odzyskają poczucie kontroli, a także wzrośnie ich motywacja do zmiany swojej sytuacji, a dzieci zdobędą umiejętności do przejawiania pożądanych społecznie postaw. Uczestnicy będą mieli okazję wzorować się na autorytetachpożądanych modelach rodziny wspierającej, a także w ramach grup samopomocowych wzmocnią swoje poczucie sprawczości i solidarności, wzajemnej pomocy i współdziałania w kierunku rozwiązywania problemów społecznych.Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie gminy Nysa ( województwo opolskie). Wnioskodawca w okresie realizacji projektu będzie prowadził biuro na terenie Nysy z możliwością udostępnienia pełnej dokumentacji wdrażanego projektu oraz zapewniające uczestnikom projektu możliwość osobistego kontaktu z kadrą projektu.
