One of the biggest problems in the Opole Voivodeship in the socio-economic area is the continuous decline in population levels. Between 2002 and 2018, the number of inhabitants of the Opole Voivodeship decreased by 6.9 %. According to the Central Statistical Office, Opole voivodeships will be depopulated. One of the reasons for this condition is the low birth rate. The Opole Voivodeship has a negative natural growth -1797. In 2017, 9083 children were born.The SSD program specifies that in the Opole Voivodeship in 2012 the fertility of women was the lowest in the whole country. In 2018, in the Opole Voivodeship, the fertility of K amounted to 1,29, while in the whole of Poland1.45. Opole requires intervention to improve the health of K and children. It is crucial to direct support to K during pregnancy and their children. The overarching aim is to improve quality of life and reduce inequalities in the health of mothers and children. The project will be addressed to 2420 (2214K/206M) people living within the meaning of the KC and/or working and/or learners in the Opole Voivodeship. Support will be addressed to: 1) Pregnant and postpartum women 2) newborns and children until 2. 3) staff of health services. In the area of information and education activities, indirect recipients of support will be residents of the Opolskie Voivodeship, including in particular parents/caring of newborns and children until 2, as well as employees of OPS and PCPR. Pregnant and postpartum women will be supported for: prenatal research, mobile perinatal care, specialist counseling. Newborns and children up to 2 years old as regards: in-depth diagnosis of the development of the child and correcting abnormalities in development. The staff of health services will be trained in the area of perinatal care. Jednym z największych problemów na terenie woj. opolskiego w obszarze społeczno-gospodarczym jest ciągły spadek poziomu zaludnienia. W latach 2002–2018 liczba mieszkańców woj. opolskiego zmalała o 6,9%. Wg GUS woj opolskie będzie wyludniać się. Jedną z przyczyn tego stanu jest niska liczba urodzeń. Woj opolskie ma ujemny przyrost naturalny -1797. W 2017r. urodziło się 9083 dzieci.Program SSD określa, iż w woj. opolskim w 2012r. dzietność kobiet była najniższa w skali całego kraju. W 2018r. w woj opolskim dzietność K wyniosła 1,29, natomiast w całej Polsce1,45.Woj. Opolskie wymaga interwencji na rzecz poprawy zdrowia K i dzieci. Kluczowe znaczenie ma skierowanie wsparcia do K w ciąży i ich dzieci. Celem nadrzędnym proj jest poprawa jakości życia oraz zmniejszenie nierówności w zdrowiu matek i dzieci. Proj skierowany będzie do 2420 (2214K/206M) os. fizycznych mieszkających w rozumieniu KC i/lub pracujących i/lub uczących się na terenie woj. opolskiego. Wsparcie zostanie skierowane do: 1) kobiet w ciąży i w okresie połogu 2) noworodków i dzieci do 2 r. ż. 3) personelu służb świadczących usługi zdrowotne. W obszarze działań informacyjno-edukacyjnych pośrednimi adresatami wsparcia będą mieszkańcy woj. opolskiego, w tym w szczeg. rodzice/opiekunowie noworodków i dzieci do 2 r. ż. oraz pracownicy OPS i PCPR. Kobiety w ciąży i w okresie połogu zostaną objęte wsparciem w zakresie: badań prenatalnych, mobilnej opieki okołoporodowej, poradnictwa specjalistycznego. Noworodki i dzieci do 2 r. ż. w zakresie: pogłębionej diagnostyki rozwoju dziecka oraz niwelowania nieprawidłowości w rozwoju. Personel służb świadczących usł zdrowotne zostanie przeszkolony w obszarze opieki okołoporodowej. Celem proj jest poprawa dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług zdrowotnych i społecznych w zakresie kompleksowej opieki nad matką i dzieckiem na obszarze powiatu brzeskiego i nyskiego w woj opol. dla 2420 os (2214K/206M) XI.2019 – X.2021.
