| Property / summary: The draft envisages the modernisation of the profession and the workshops for practical training in the existing teaching and technical database of the vocational school group in Sokółka and the Agricultural School Group in Sokółka for the purposes of the Centre for Vocational Training in Sokółka, in equipment, tools, facilities with environmental labelling to improve the professional and practical training of a profession in schools and vocational training establishments, and to be equipped with a catalogue of equipment for school staff/workshops by the Ministry of Culture, on the basis of individual diagnosis of actual needs and deficits in the area of intervention, taking account of demographic trends, drawn up by the facilities supported and approved by the authority responsible for the district administration. The project results in the creation of a fully functional and operational training infrastructure in the Staff Building of the Social Schools Group in Sokółka and in a school and workshop of the School of Agricultural Schools in Sokółka through the modernisation of the equipment of the staff and workshops of the School of the Agricultural School in Sokółka through the modernisation of the equipment for the 423 school pupils: the CKP in S-ce, ZZZ in S-ce, ZSRR in S-ce; and vocational and continuous training teachers and trainers, and adults since 18 who, on their own initiative, improve the attractiveness of vocational training and cooperation with the external environment in order to implement educational programmes in line with the needs of the local labour market. Projekt zakłada unowocześnienie pracowni i warsztatów do praktycznej nauki zawodu w istniejącej bazie dydaktyczno-technicznej Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych w Sokółce i Zespołu Szkół Rolniczych w Sokółce na potrzeby Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego w Sokółce,w sprzęt,narzędzia,urządzenia z etykietowaniem środowiskowym służące doskonaleniu zawodowemu i praktycznej nauki zawodu w szkołach i placówkach kształcenia zawodowego oraz ustawicznego w wyposażenie wg katalogu wyposażenia pracowni/warsztatów szkolnych oprac. przez MEN,w oparciu o indywidualne diagnozy rzeczywistych potrzeb i deficytów w obszarze interwencji z uwzględnieniem analizy pod kątem trendów demograficznych,opracowanych przez placówki objęte wsparciem i zatwierdzone przez organ prowadzący,Powiat Sokólski. Efektem realizacji projektu jest stworzenie w pełni funkcjonalnej i operacynej infrastruktury szkoleniowej w budynku Pracowni Ćwiczeń Technicznych Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych w Sokółce oraz budynku szkoły i warsztatów Zespołu Szkół Rolniczych w Sokółce poprzez unowocześnienie wyposażenia pracowni i warsztatów do praktycznej nauki zawodu na potrzeby 423 uczniów 3 szkół:CKP przy ZSR w S-ce,ZSZ w S-ce,ZSR w S-ce;oraz nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego i ustawicznego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu,i osób dorosłych od 18 r.ż.,które z własnej inicjatywy podnoszą,uzupełniają kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe jako słuchacze CKP i uczniów wymienionych placówek;stworzenie warunków do doskonalenia/zdobycia kwalifikacji przez uczniów kształcących się w zawodach:technik żywienia i usług gastronomicznych,technik hotelarz,technik rolnik,technik mechanik oraz operator obrabiarek skrawających,z wykorzystaniem infrastruktury będącej przedmiotem projektu.Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie atrakcyjności kształcenia zawodowego oraz wzmocnienie współpracy z otoczeniem zewn. szkoły/placówki w celu realizacji programów edukacyjnych zgodnych z potrzebami lokalnego rynku pracy.
