STOWARZYSZENIE NA RZECZ OSÓB NIEPEŁNOSPRAWNYCH "POPROWADŹ MNIE PRZEZ ŚWIAT"

Celem głównym projektu jest realizacja dodatkowej oferty zajęć specjalistycznych: o chrakterze terapeutycznym, stymulujących rozwój psychoruchowy oraz rozwijających kompetencje emocjonalno-społeczne dla 9 dzieci niepełnosprawnych (2DZ, 7CH) oraz wydłużenie godzin pracy 2 istniejących oddziałów przedszkolnych. W projekcie planuje się także objęcie wsparciem rodziców (8K, 1M) poprzez utworzenie i realizację zajęć w ramach grupy wsparcia. Projekt przewiduje również dostosowanie istniejącego placu zabaw do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią dzieci niepełnosprawne (2DZ, 7CH), uczęszczające do SOSW oraz ich rodzice (8K, 1M). W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące rezultaty: - u dzieci nastąpi zmniejszenie deficytu wynikającego z niepełnosprawności, - u rodziców nastapi wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności z zakresu radzenia sobie z niepełnosprawnym dzieckiem, - w SOSW zostanie dostosowany plac zabaw do potrzeb dzieci niepełnosprawnych.
