Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności budynków użyteczności publicznej w Dynowie do poziomu budownictwa energooszczędnego z równoczesnym wprowadzaniem systemu zarządzania energią. W ramach projektu, poddane zostaną termomodernizacji 4 budynki użyteczności publicznej tj. dwa budynki OSP, Szkoła Podstawowa oraz budynek Urzędu Miejskiego w Dynowie. W budynku Urzędu Miejskiego wykonane zostaną m.in. izolacje termiczne ścian zewnętrznych oraz fundamentowej a także izolacja termiczna dachu nad wykuszami. Ponadto, wymieniona zostanie stolarka drzwiowa i okienna oraz wykonana zostanie modernizacja inst. grzewczej poprzez wymianę kotła grzewczego wraz z przebudową inst. CO. W ramach projektu wykonane zostanie oświetlenie energooszczędne oraz zamontowany zostanie zestaw mikroźródła OZE -instalacja fotowoltaiczna. Budynek OSP przy ul. Szkolnej- planuje się m.in. wykonanie izolacji termicznej stropu oraz ścian zewnętrznych i fundamentowej wraz z wymianą stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej. Zaplanowano także montaż kotła grzewczego wraz z modernizacją inst. CO oraz CWU. Ponadto zamontowane zostanie oświetlenie energooszczędne oraz zestaw mikroźródła OZE – inst. fotowoltaiczna. Budynek OSP przy ul. Bartkówka- wykonana zostanie izolacja termiczna stropu ostatniej kond. oraz ścian zewn. i fundament. wraz z wymianą stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej. Ponadto planuje się montaż kotła grzewczego wraz z modernizacją instalacji CO oraz CWU a także wykonanie oświetlenia energooszczędnego. Ponadto zamontowany zostanie zestaw mikroźródła OZE -instalacja fotowoltaiczna. W budynku SP nr 2 w wykonana zostanie m.in. izolacja termiczna ścian zewn. oraz stropu parteru, wymiana stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej oraz wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Reasumując w ramach projektu zmodernizowane zostaną 4 budynki, wybudowane zostaną 3 jednostki wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE, oraz zmodernizowane zostaną 3 źródła ciepła. (Polish)
