The aim of the project is to increase the employability of persons over 29 years of age who are unemployed, registered with the PUP, qualified as an aid profile I or an aid profile II within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including in particular those in particular those in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: women, (b) persons with disabilities, (c) persons over 50 years of age, (d) long-term unemployed, e) low-skilled persons, (f) persons with at least one child under the age of 6 or at least one disabled child under the age of 18, (g) return migrants and immigrants. The participation of persons who are not included in points (a) to (g) shall be allowed, but may not represent more than 10 % of all participants in the project. According to the plan, participation in the project will be completed by 120 people (69K, 51M). For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to achieve the employment efficiency criterion at the level of: — for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, – for the long-term unemployed – at least 30 %, – for disabled persons – at least 33 %, – for persons aged 50 and over – at least 33 %, for low-skilled persons (up to and including upper secondary level) – at least 38 %. — for women, at least 39 %, – for those who raise at least one child under the age of 6 – at least 29 %. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostające bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I lub profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiety, b) osoby niepełnosprawnościami, c) osoby po 50 roku życia, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osoby posiadające co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub conajmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia, g) migranci powrotni i imigranci. Dopuszcza się udział osób, które nie zostały ujęte w pkt a)-g), przy czym nie mogą one stanowić więcej niż 10% wszystkich uczestników projektu. Zgodnie z planem udział w projekcie zakończy 120 osób (69K, 51M). Dla każdego z uczestników, przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie: - dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych-co najmniej 43%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – co najmniej 30%, - dla osób niepełnosprawnych -co najmniej 33%, - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej -co najmniej 33%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach(do poziomu ponadgimnazjalnego włącznie)-co najmniej 38%. - dla kobiet-co najmniej 39%, - dla osób wychowujących co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia-co najmniej 29%.
