It consists of the reconstruction and extension of the existing building of the People’s House and OSP in Mogielnica, in order to create premises for the operation of the Environmental Home Self-Help The main purpose of the project: Improving the conditions for the provision of social assistance services in a day stay facility. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Creation of the conditions for conducting programmes relating to the acquisition of basic everyday activities, improvement of acquired skills and performance of life tasks, 2. Sustaining and developing the skills necessary for independent living, 3. Improving the quality and accessibility of social services, 4. Increasing the awareness of prophylaxis in the field of health prevention, 5. Improving accessibility for people with disabilities, 6. De-institutionalisation of services. The project consists of rebuilding and expanding the existing building of the People’s House and OSP in Mogielnica, commune Boguchwała, in order to create rooms for the operation of the Environmental Self-Help House.The building will undergo thermal modernisation (external walls, cellar walls, roof of attic). Polega na przebudowie i rozbudowie istniejącego budynku Domu Ludowego i OSP w Mogielnicy, celem stworzenia pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na działanie ŚrodowiskowegoDomu Samopomocy Cel główny projektu: Poprawa warunków świadczenia usług w zakresie pomocy społecznej w placówce pobytu dziennego. Cele szczegółowe projektu: 1. Stworzenie warunków do prowadzenia programów dotyczących nabycia umiejętności wykonywania podstawowych czynności życia codziennego, doskonalenia umiejętności nabytych oraz realizacja zadań życiowych, 2. Podtrzymywanie i rozwijanie umiejętności niezbędnych do samodzielnego życia, 3. Podniesienie jakości i dostępności udzielanych świadczeń społecznych, 4. Wzrost świadomości podopiecznych w zakresie profilaktyki zdrowotnej, 5. Poprawa dostępności obiektu dla osób niepełnosprawnych, 6. Desintytucjonalizacja usług. Przedsięwzięcie polega na przebudowie i rozbudowie istniejącego budynku Domu Ludowego i OSP w Mogielnicy, gmina Boguchwała, celem stworzenia pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na działanie Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy.Budynek zostanie poddany termomodernizacji (ściany zewnętrzne nadziemne, ściany piwnic, dach poddasza ).
