    P będzie realizowany w wiejskiej gm. Wielopole Skrz., w powiecie ropczycko – sędziszowskim, sklasyfikowanej na 33 miejscu w grupie gmin z terenu województwa podkarpackiego o najniższym w skali regionu stopniu upowszechnienia edukacji przedsz. (39,5%). Celem jest zwiększenie liczby MP poprzez uruchomienie IP dla 103 Dz. P umożliwi dostęp do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedsz., wyrównywania szans edukacyjnych i zapewnienia prawidłowego rozwoju psycho-fizycznego i intelektualnego 103 Dz w wieku 3-6 lat z terenu gminy, w szczególności Dz niepełnosprawnym - 25MP.
