The city of Jasło owns the facility in Jaslo, on a street. School 25 with an area of 3133.11 m², which intends to transfer to society as part of two tasks, i.e. task I – "Improving the availability of social assistance services in Jasl" and task II – "Reconstruction of the building at ul. School in Jasła for the purposes of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre. The scope of this project concerns task I “Improving the availability of social assistance services in Jaslo” (approximately 1500 m²) and includes: execution of design documentation, construction works and land development and purchase of equipment. Task II concerns redevelopment of the building for administrative purposes and does not form the scope of this grant application. The infrastructure created as a result of the implementation of the project will be dedicated to the following activities: — The Club of Social Integration, which will aim to counter the phenomenon of social exclusion among residents of the City of Jasła, – the section for volunteering, whose aim will be to promote the idea of volunteering, among others, support for families and people at risk of social exclusion and poverty, – Daily Assistance House, aimed at supporting older people, – administrative rooms in the field of activities directly used by people at risk of exclusion. The task takes place in the city of Jasła, located in the area of Jasiel County. Miasto Jasło jest właścicielem obiektu w Jaśle, przy ul. Szkolnej 25 o powierzchni 3.133,11 m2, który zamierza przekazać na cele społeczne w ramach dwóch zadań tj. zadania I - "Poprawa dostępności usług w zakresie pomocy społecznej w Jaśle" i zadania II - "Przebudowa budynku przy ul. Szkolnej w Jaśle na cele Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej". Zakres niniejszego projektu dotyczy zadania I "Poprawa dostępności usług w zakresie pomocy społecznej w Jaśle"( pow. ok 1500 m2) i obejmuje: wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej, roboty budowlane oraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu oraz zakup wyposażenia. Zadanie II dotyczy przebudowy budynku na cele administracyjne i nie stanowi zakresu niniejszego wniosku o dofinansowanie. Zarówno zakres projektu(zadanie I) jak i zadanie II objęte będą jedną procedurą przetargową w trybie zaprojektuj-wybuduj. Powstała infrastruktura w wyniku realizacji projekt będzie przeznaczona na działalność: - Klubu Integracji Społecznej, którego celem będzie przeciwdziałanie zjawisku wykluczenia społecznego wśród mieszkańców Miasta Jasła, - sekcji ds. wolontariatu, której celem będzie promocja idei wolontariatu, m.in. wsparcie rodzin i osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem, - Dziennego Domu Pomocy, którego celem będzie wsparcie osób starszych, - pomieszczenia administracyjne w zakresie działalności bezpośrednio wykorzystywanej przez osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem. Realizacja zadania ma miejsce na terenie miasta Jasła, leżącego na obszarze powiatu jasielskiego. W ramach realizacji celu zostaną osiągnięte następujące produkty: - Liczba wybudowanych/przebudowanych obiektów, w których realizowane są usługi aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej - 1 szt. - Liczba powstałych miejsc w placówkach stacjonarnej pomocy społecznej - 44 osób.
