Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Paczkowie, przy ul. Mickiewicza 3. Inwestycja będzie realizowana w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i realizację prac budowlanych (rozbiórka istniejących nawierzchni utwardzonych i demontaż części podbudowy; przygotowanie gruntu pod montaż wagi najazdowej; demontaż poszycia dachu, orynnowania i konstrukcji dachu w obrębie wiat przeznaczonych do magazynowania odpadów komunalnych; obróbki istniejącej posadzki pod wiatami; miejscowe skucia i uzupełnienia w strukturze tynków na słupach konstrukcyjnych wiaty; montaż kanalizacji deszczowej z studzienkami zbiorczymi z uformowaniem odpowiednich spadków w kierunku głównej sieci odprowadzającej; budowa części ogrodzenia murowanego; przebudowa istniejącej zabudowy w celu utworzenia miejsc segregacji odpadów komunalnych; przebudowa portierni; uformowanie i wyprofilowanie podbudowy z wykonaniem nawierzchni utwardzonej; rozbudowa istniejącej instalacji oświetleniowej; montaż ogrodzenia- głównej bramy wjazdowej) wraz z dostawą wyposażenia (kontenery do zbiórki segregowanych odpadów: kontener na odpady zielone kryty - 20 02 01 – 1 sztuk, kontener na urządzenia zawierające freon - 20 01 23*- 1 sztuka, kontener na odpady budowlane– 170107 - 1 sztuka, kontener na odpady wielkogabarytowe - 20 03 07- 1 sztuka, urządzenia służące do prasowania oraz pozostałe wyposażenie ułatwiające funkcjonowanie punktu); nadzór inwestorski; działania informacyjno-promocyjne; Studium Wykonalności Inwestycji.
