The project consists of launching a laboratory of testing, diagnostics and regeneration of injectors and injection pumps, thus creating a highly specialised technological system, including a non-invasive and comprehensive diagnosis of diesel injection systems and their full range repair, in laboratory conditions. For this purpose, construction works related to the adaptation of the building in the raw state and changing its use from office to the above-mentioned workshop and conducting such specialised activities, as well as the purchase of the necessary equipment of the facility and specialised diagnostic equipment, measuring equipment, workshops and tools.Full realisation of the proposed material scope will enable the project’s objectives to be achieved. The purchased equipment together will create an innovative system of the latest generation, enabling non-invasive diagnostics and testing of modern and future petrol and diesel-fuel-fuel-fuel-injection systems – enabling testing and repair of direct fuel injection petrol injectors and CR injectors in all 3 phases, as well as pump injectors in all 3 phases. The procedure for repair of injectors as well as pump injectors consists of dismantling the components on the first parts, microscopic verification of damaged components, selection of original spare parts, installation according to technology, as well as calibration and adjustment of subsystem parameters according to the manufacturer’s data. The development of the automotive market, the number and variety of technologies used by individual manufacturers in the field of diesel injection control systems, stringent requirements of emission standards for harmful substances, make it necessary to provide the facilities for the latest testing and regeneration equipment authorised by the manufacturers of the components concerned. Projekt polega na uruchomieniu pracowni testowania, diagnostyki i regeneracji wtryskiwaczy i pomp wtryskowych, a tym samym stworzenie wysoce specjalistycznego systemu technologicznego, obejmującego bezinwazyjną oraz kompleksową diagnozę podzespołów układów wtryskowych Diesla oraz ich pełnozakresową naprawę, w warunkach laboratoryjnych. W tym celu niezbędne są prace budowlane związane z przystosowaniem budynku w stanie surowym i zmiany sposobu jego użytkowania z funkcji biurowej na ww. pracownię i prowadzenia tego typu specjalistycznej działalności oraz zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia obiektu i specjalistycznych urządzeń diagnostycznych, aparatury pomiarowej, warsztatowej, narzędzi.Pełne zrealizowanie wnioskowanego zakresu rzeczowego umożliwi osiągniecie założonych celów projektu. Zakupione urządzenia utworzą razem innowacyjny system najnowszej generacji, umożliwiający bezinwazyjną diagnostykę i badanie współczesnych i przyszłych układów zasilanych benzyną i olejem napędowym-umożliwia badanie i naprawę wtryskiwaczy benzynowych o bezpośrednim wtrysku paliwa oraz wtryskiwaczy CR we wszystkich 3 fazach, a także pompowtryskiwaczy również we wszystkich 3 fazach. Procedura napraw wtryskiwaczy, a także pompowtryskiwaczy polega na demontażu elementów na części pierwsze, weryfikacji mikroskopijnej uszkodzonych elementów, doborze oryginalnych części zamiennych, montażu zgodnie z technologią, a także kalibracji i regulacji parametrów podzespołu wg. danych producenta. Rozwój rynku motoryzacyjnego, ilość i różnorodność wykorzystywanych technologii przez poszczególnych producentów w zakresie stosowanych systemów sterowania układów wtryskowych silników diesla, rygorystyczne wymagania norm emisji szkodliwych substancji, sprawiają, że istnieje konieczność zapewniania zaplecza najnowszych urządzeń do testowania i regeneracji autoryzowanych przez producentów danych podzespołów.
