Projekt zakłada wdrożenie na rynek przez firmę Piekarnia Galicyjska Sp. z o.o.. udoskonalonego produktu będącego wynikiem przeprowadzonych i zakończonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych.W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację inwestycji polegającej na zakupie nowych środków trwałych - urządzeń piekarskich stanowiących udoskonalenie i uzupełnienie technologiczne do obecnie posiadanej linii produkcyjnej , co pozwoli na wprowadzenie nowego procesu produkcyjnego i wdrożenie do produkcji opracowanego w ramach prac B+R produktu – snacków zbożowych wytwarzanych na bazie naturalnej fermentacji mlekowej kwasu pszennego z ograniczonym zużyciem drożdży , bez dodatku chemicznych środków spulchniających, wytwarzanych w zróżnicowanej gamie smakowej. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje nabycie systemu do wytwarzanie zakwasu pszennego (symbol KŚT: 568) oraz linii do ciągłej laminacji ciasta (symbol KŚT: 568). Projekt zakłada wdrożenie innowacji produktowej o zasięgu światowym. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca utworzy 5 nowych miejsc pracy, na stanowiskach bezpośrednio związanych z obsługą zakupionych urządzeń : zespołu do wytwarzania kwasu pszennego, linii do laminacji ciągłej ciasta, obsługi logistycznej wytworzonych produktów . Projekt wpłynie na zwiększenie przychodów i zysków firmy z tytułu sprzedaży wprowadzonego na rynek produktu, co zapewnia opłacalność i trwałość finansową projektu. Projekt związany jest z wdrożeniem innowacji procesowej i produktowej. W wyniku realizacji projektu uzyskane zostaną produkty i rezultaty prowadzące do osiągnięcia długofalowego celu projektu jakim jest rozwój i wzrost konkurencyjności firmy Piekarnia Galicyjska Sp. z o.o. na rynku krajowym i europejskim.
