To raise the quality of the training offer of the Centre for the Education of the Black Sea Mechanics of the Łapach and the Practical Education Centre in Łapy to 315 pupils (67K, 248M) and 20 teachers (5K, 15M) participating in the project until 30.06.2020 through the implementation of a comprehensive development programme based on a needs diagnosis prepared and validated by the Authority. Results: Raising the labour market key competences and qualifications of 315 students (67K, 248M) and 20 teachers (15K, 5M) of SSF and CKP participating in the project until 30.06.2020. To adapt the computer and electrical equipment of the SSF and the equipment for the mechanical, electrical and motor lines to the Practical Education Centre for training in the professions covered by the project to the labour market needs up to 30.06.2020. The target group consists of: * The students and students of the ZM will be trained at the Technical College for the Mechanics of the University of Czarniecki of the Łapach Mechanics of the Faculty of Education: • Mechanical engineering technician 1-4-76os, including 0K,• hotel technician with glue. 1-4-51os, including 45K; 1-4-46os, including 16K; 1-4-42os, including 6K 1-4-55os, including 0K, and the Principal Vocational School: • Motor vehicle mechanic 1-3-45os, including 0 K in the year of SZK. 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20, present and newly accepted. * VET teachers of ZSM and CKP-20os (including 5K) with tertiary education, who work and reside in the area of the BOF within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions (including 20 % of rural). Tasks: 1.Developing and developing the key competences of the 315 students of the ZM. 2.Improving skills and obtaining a professional qualification by a total of 315 students. 3.Programme to address the individual needs of 135 students. 4.Traineeships and traineeships for 78 pupils and 20 teachers. 5.Improving the qualifications and competences of 20 teachers. 6.Improving the work of 20 teachers.     Podniesienie jakości oferty edukacyjnej Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych im. St. Czarnieckiego w Łapach oraz Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego w Łapach skierowanej do 315 uczniów (67K, 248M) i 20 nauczycieli (5K, 15M) uczestniczących w projekcie do 30.06.2020r. poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu rozwojowego opartego o przygotowaną i zatwierdzoną przez Organ Prowadzący diagnozę potrzeb. Rezultaty: Podniesienie poziomu kluczowych na rynku pracy kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych 315 uczniów (67K, 248M) i 20 nauczycieli (15K, 5M) ZSM i CKP uczestniczących w projekcie do 30.06.2020r. Dostosowanie pracowni komputerowej i elektrycznej ZSM oraz wyposażenia dla kierunku mechanicznego, elektrycznego i samochodowego w Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego na potrzeby kształcenia w zawodach objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu do potrzeb rynku pracy do 30.06.2020r. Grupę docelową stanowią: *uczennice i uczniowie ZSM kształcący się w zawodach Technikum Zespołu Szkół Mechanicznych im.
