The main objective of the project is to reduce air pollution in the municipality of Turośń Kościelna. This objective will be achieved by carrying out 372 RES installations in residential buildings in the commune of Turośń Kościelna, which is reflected in the product indicator “Number of households in which individual sources of heat or electricity have been modernised” worth 372 pieces. The following installations will be carried out: —fotovoltaiczne- 59 kpl.; —solar collectors – 275 kpl.; —ground heat pumps – 38 pcs. All energy produced by RES installations will be used exclusively for households covered by the project. The installations will cooperate with energy installations existing in the buildings covered by the project. In addition, they will be equipped with systems for monitoring, collecting and transmitting information about working parameters. The planned equipment will be resistant to climate change and adverse weather conditions. 3 tasks are planned: 1. Delivery and installation of RES installations in residential buildings in the municipality of Turośń Kościelna; 2. Investment supervision; 3. Promotion of the project. The key effect of the project will be to reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere, as reflected in the result indicator “Assessed annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions” of 857.11 tonnes CO2 equivalent. An ex post energy audit will be prepared for the project, which is reflected in the result indicator “Energy Audit ex post” worth 1 pcs. As the target group of the project, the owners of private residential buildings, on which installations for the production of energy from RES will be installed, all residents of Turośń Kościelna commune and people visiting the area of the municipality, as well as residents of the Białystok Functional Area, who will feel the improvement of air quality and the environment, achieved the result of the project. Głównym celem projektu jest ograniczenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza na terenie gminy Turośń Kościelna. Cel ten osiągnięty zostanie poprzez wykonanie 372 instalacji OZE w budynkach mieszkalnych w gminie Turośń Kościelna, co znajduje odzwierciedlenie we wskaźniku produktu „Liczba gospodarstw domowych, w których zmodernizowano indywidualne źródła energii cieplnej lub elektrycznej” o wartości 372 szt. Wykonane zostaną instalacje: -fotowoltaiczne- 59 kpl.; -kolektorów słonecznych- 275 kpl.; -gruntowych pomp ciepła- 38 szt. Całość energii produkowanej przez instalacje OZE wykorzystywana będzie wyłącznie na cele bytowe w gospodarstwach domowych objętych projektem. Instalacje współpracować będą z instalacjami energetycznymi istniejącymi w budynkach objętych projektem. Ponadto, wyposażone zostaną w systemy monitoringu, gromadzenia i przesyłania informacji o parametrach pracy. Planowane do montażu urządzenia będą odporne na zmiany klimatyczne i niekorzystne warunki atmosferyczne. Zaplanowano realizację 3 zadań: 1. Dostawę i montaż instalacji OZE w budynkach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Turośń Kościelna; 2. Nadzór inwestycyjny; 3. Promocję projektu. Kluczowym efektem projektu będzie redukcja emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery, co znajduje odzwierciedlenie we wskaźniku rezultatu „Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych” o wartości 857,11 ton ekwiwalentu CO2. Na potrzeby projektu sporządzony zostanie audyt energetyczny ex post, co znajduje odzwierciedlenie we wskaźniku rezultatu „Audyt energetyczny ex post” o wartości 1 szt. Za grupę docelową projektu uznano właścicieli prywatnych budynków mieszkalnych, na których zamontowane zostaną instalacje do produkcji energii z OZE, wszystkich mieszkańców Gminy Turośń Kościelna oraz osoby odwiedzające teren tej gminy, a także mieszkańców Białostockiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, którzy odczują poprawę jakości powietrza i środowiska naturalnego, osiągniętą wyniku realizacji projektu.
