Property / summary
The main aim of the project is to increase the level of key labour market skills and qualifications in the 20 pupils and 6 teachers of the Team Governors of the Centre of the School Centre for the Agricultural Education Centre (ZSCKR) participating in traineeships with local employers in sectors compatible with smart specialisation for the region (agri-food industry) to XII 2016. Placements of pupils and teachers in enterprises in the area of poverty and whitefish. The results of the project (gaining experience, knowledge and professional skills needed for workers in the target group) will ensure that students acquire practical professional skills which are in line with the requirements of local businesses and make them aware of their future jobs, thus increasing their employability in the future recruitment process, increasing the level of adaptation of the educational offer of the CoR to the needs of local labour markets and increasing the attractiveness of vocational education in the region. Students will be informed about how their work will look in the future, they will be aware of the employers’ requirements that they will face, which gives them the opportunity to better prepare them for the labour market. Teachers are modernising their workshop “practically” on traineeships with local employers, giving a good example to students. The target group consists of: * Researchers and school students in the profession: Agri-business techniques from the glue. II-III- 5os, including 2K, food and catering techniques with glue.     Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu kluczowych na rynku pracy kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych u 20 uczniów i 6 nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych Zespołu Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. Krzysztofa Kluka w Rudce (ZSCKR) uczestniczących w stażach u lokalnych pracodawców w branżach zgodnych z inteligentnymi specjalizacjami dla regionu (przemysł rolno-spożywczy) do XII 2016. Staże uczniów i nauczycieli realizowane w przedsiębiorstwach na terenie pow. bielskiego i siemiatyckiego. Wypracowane w ramach projektu rezultaty (zdobycie doświadczenia, wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych niezbędnych dla pracowników specjalności grupy docelowej) zagwarantują uczniom pozyskanie praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych, które są zgodne z wymaganiami lokalnych przedsiębiorców oraz pozwolą poznać ich przyszłe miejsca pracy, zwiększając tym samym ich szanse na zatrudnienie w przyszłym procesie rekrutacyjnym, wpłyną na podniesienie poziomu dostosowania oferty edukacyjnej ZSCKR do potrzeb lokalnych rynków pracy oraz pozwolą na zwiększenie atrakcyjności szkolnictwa zawodowego w regionie. Uczniowie uzyskają informacje, jak w przyszłości będzie wyglądać ich praca, dowiedzą się o wymaganiach pracodawców, którym będą musieli sprostać, co daje im możliwość lepszego przygotowania do wejścia na rynek pracy. Nauczyciele zmodernizują swój warsztat pracy ucząc się "praktycznie" na stażach u lokalnych pracodawców, dając tym samym dobry przykład uczniom. Grupę docelową stanowią: *uczennice i uczniowie kształcący się w zawodzie: - technik agrobiznesu z kl. II-III- 5os.,w tym 2K, - technik żywienia i usług gastronomicznych z kl. II-III-15os.,w tym 10K, *nauczycielki i nauczyciele przedmiotów zawod.-6os.,w tym2K Główne zadania: 1) Przygotowanie uczestników do udziału w stażach-bhp, medycyna pracy, badanie kwalifkacji ex-ante. 2) Realizacja staży u pracodawców zgodnie z konspektami i programami. 3) Rozliczenie staży-stypendia, ewaluacja, certyfikaty, badanie kwalifk (Polish)
