The project will cover at least 80 % of children, i.e. 162 dz.(78K/84M) aged 3-6 with Sokółka school students in 7 PLOs (5 RPP operating at primary schools. in rural areas and 2 OP- next to schools in Sokółka)-the governing body for all PLOs is the Municipality of Sokółka. The project involves the implementation of development programmes of 7 PLOs, the implementation of which will contribute to equalising educational opportunities by shaping and developing key competences necessary in the labour market, attitudes/skills: among others, creativity and innovation. OW. evolving comp. (3-6 l.) and didact.-ears. (5-6 l.) will take into account individual development needs, educational needs and psychophysical opportunities of children. The project will also promote and promote high-quality pre-school education, especially in rural areas and will increase parent/legal awareness on the impact of kindergarten education on the correct development of children. The main goal will be achieved thanks to the support of 17 teachers employed in the 7 PLO through their participation in training in the application of modern methods and organizational forms that foster the development and development of children’s competences and attitudes necessary in the modern economy, as well as increasing the involvement of children in education/optimal rights in education and cooperation with pedagogical staff for the development of children through the participation of breds/opiek. rights in training workshops and individual consultations of psych-peda. Planned classes include: English classes, construction and math classes with programming elements, developing socio-emotional competencies, excursions are complemented by those conducted in PLP. The project is in accordance with RPOWP2014-2020, Local Development Plan of Gm. S-ka 2016-2020, the principle of equal opportunities for whom, opportunities and non-discrimination, the principle of sustainable development.     Projekt obejmie min. 80% dzieci, tj. 162 dz.(78K/84M) w wieku 3-6 lat z Gm. Sokółka uczących się w 7 OWP (5 ZWP działających przy szkołach podstaw. na obszarze wiejskim i 2 OP- przy szkołach podst. w Sokółce)-organem prowadzącym dla wszystkich OWP jest Gmina Sokółka. Projekt zakłada realizację programów rozwojowych 7 OWP, których wdrożenie przyczyni się do wyrównania szans eduk. poprzez kształtowanie i rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, postaw/umiejętności: m.in. kreatywności, innowacyjności. Zaj. rozwijające komp. (3-6l.) i dydakt.-wyrów. (5-6l.) będą uwzględniały indywidualne potrzeby rozwojowe, edukacyjne i możliwości psychofizyczne dzieci. Projekt będzie także promował i upowszechniał wysokiej jakości edukację przedszkolną, zwłaszcza na terenach wiejskich oraz wpłynie na zwiększenie świadomości rodziców/op. prawnych na temat wpływu edukacji przedszkol. na prawidłowy rozwój dzieci. Główny cel osiągniemy dzięki objęciu wsparciem 17 nauczycielek zatrudnionych w 7 OWP poprzez ich udział w szkoleniach w zakresie stosowania nowoczesnych metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u dzieci kompet. kluczowych i postaw niezbędnych w warunkach nowoczesnej gospodarki oraz zwiększenie zaangażowania rodz./op. praw. w edukację dzieci i współpracę z kadrą pedagogiczną na rzecz rozwoju dzieci poprzez udział rodz./opiek. praw. w warsztatach kompet.wychowawczych i indywidualnych konsultacjach psych.-pedagog. Planowane zajęcia m.in.: zaj. z j. angielskiego, zajęcia konstrukcyjno-matemat. z elementami programowania, zaj. rozwijające kompet. społeczno-emocjonalne, wycieczki-są uzupełnieniem zaj. prowadzonych w OWP. Projekt jest zgodny z RPOWP2014-2020, Planem Rozwoju Lokalnego Gm. S-ka 2016-2020, zasadą równości szans KiM, szans i niedyskryminacji, zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju.
