The project involves the creation of 15 new preschool places in a newly registered kindergarten under the governing body – the “PRO Sudovia” Foundation. The applicant undertakes to maintain the durability of preschool education establishments established within the framework of the project for a period of at least 2 years from the date of completion of the project. After completion of the project, the Foundation will finance the abovementioned places from the budget of the municipality of Jeleniawo. The organizational sheet will take into account the number of preschool places created in the project. The financing of the current activities of newly created preschool facilities within the project will last 12 months. The applicant will not apply for a grant from the municipality’s budget during the period of implementation of the project, as expenditure on the financing of current activities will be covered by project appropriations. Main objective: Increase the availability of high-quality preschool education for 15 children (8 dz and 7 boys) with Jeleniawo in the period from 1.09.2017 to 31.10. 2018 through the creation of a kindergarten and the professional improvement of the teaching staff employed there. Target group: 1) 15 children (8 dz. and 7 boys) living in Jeleniawo (Podlaskie voivodship) within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, aged 3-4 years – preschool age defined in the Act of 7 September 1991 on the education system), not participating in preschool education. 2) 5 teachers employed in the Non-public Kindergarten “Friends of Tuptusia”, at the age of professional activity, with higher education, Main activities: 1. Adaptation and equipment of the premises, creation of a playground. 2. The day-to-day maintenance of the kindergarten. 3. Additional and specialised classes 4. Projekt zakłada utworzenie 15 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w nowo zarejestrowanym przedszkolu podlegającym pod organ prowadzący – Fundację „PRO SUDOVIA”. Wnioskodawca zobowiązuje się do zachowania trwałości utworzonych w ramach projektu miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego przez okres co najmniej 2 lat od daty zakończenia realizacji projektu. Fundacja po zakończeni projektu będzie finansowała w/w miejsca z dotacji z budżetu gminy Jeleniewo. Arkusz organizacyjny dokładnie uwzględni liczbę miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego utworzonych w projekcie. Finansowanie działalności bieżącej nowo utworzonych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w ramach projektu będzie trwało 12 mies.. Wnioskodawca nie będzie występować o dotację z budżetu gminy w okresie realizacji projektu, gdyż wydatki na finansowanie działalności bieżącej będą pokrywane ze środków projektowych. Cel główny: Zwiększenie dostępności do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej dla 15 dzieci (8 dz i 7 chł.) z gm. Jeleniewo w okresie od 1.09.2017 do 31.10. 2018 r. poprzez utworzenie przedszkola oraz doskonalenie zawodowe zatrudnionej w nim kadry pedagogicznej. Grupa docelowa: 1) 15 dzieci (8 dz. i 7 chł.) zamieszkujących gm. Jeleniewo ( województwo podlaskie) w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, w wieku 3-4 lata - wieku przedszkolnym określony w Ustawie z dnia 7 września 1991 r. o systemie oświaty), nie uczestniczących w edukacji przedszkolnej. 2) 5 nauczycieli zatrudnionych w Niepublicznym Przedszkolu „Przyjaciele Tuptusia”, w wieku aktywności zawodowej, z wykształceniem wyższym pedagogicznym, Główne działania: 1. Adaptacja i wyposażenie pomieszczeń , utworzenie placu zabaw. 2. Bieżące utrzymanie przedszkola. 3. Zajęcia dodatkowe i specjalistyczne 4. Kształcenie nauczycieli Rezultaty: 15 nowych miejsc w przedszkolu 15 dzieci ( 8dz,7 chł. ) objętych zajęciami dodatkowymi zwiększajęcymi ich szanse edukacyjne 5 nauczycieli objętych doskonaleniem zawodowym.
