Objective: the development of key competences and the framing of attitudes/skills (creativity, innovation and team work) that are essential for the proper functioning of 829 children (413 dz, 416 ch) in various social and professional roles: No. 4, No. 64 and No. 68 in Białystok, upgrading the professional competences of 59 teachers (59K) and supporting 120 (95K, 25M) parents of children attending the above Kindergartens by 31.12.2019 Forms of support implemented: 1. Educational projects, 2. Wheels of interest, 2. Trips/workshops, laboratories, 3. Teacher training, 4. Workshops for parents. 5. Equipping the Early School. The forms of support, the number of groups and children involved in the different classes are due to the diagnosis carried out in the respective kindergartens. The implementation of the support will make it possible to meet the basic needs of each of them. Activities will complement the activities so far in kindergartens. Results and outputs of the project: 1. Of teachers who have obtained or acquired competence after leaving the programme: 59 K, 2. L. children included in the programme with additional activities to improve their educational opportunities in pre-primary education: 829 children (413 dz, 416 h), 3. L. persons receiving training/counselling in the field of digital competence: 382 children (172Z, 210ch), 4. The parents supported by the programme 120 (95K, 25M). The project will contribute to the objective of the RPOWP. By improving the skills and competences of teachers, the extension of the offer to cover additional activities, the provision of additional equipment in modern aids will increase the uptake of high-quality pre-school education for children between 3 and 4 years old. The project involves support 3 to the PLO, which did not benefit from the ESF funds available in the period 2007-2013. (English)

    Cel: rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych oraz kształtowanie postaw/ umiejętności (kreatywności, innowacyjności oraz pracy zespołowej) niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania w różnych rolach społecznych i zawodowych u 829 dzieci (413 dz, 416 ch) uczęszczających do Przedszkola Samorządowego: nr 4, nr 64 oraz nr 68 w Białymstoku, podwyższenie kompetencji zawodowych 59 nauczycieli (59K) oraz wsparcie 120 (95K, 25M) rodziców dzieci uczęszczających do ww. Przedszkoli w terminie do 31.12.2019r. Realizowane formy wsparcia: 1. Projekty edukacyjne, 2. Koła zainteresowań, 2. Wycieczki/ wyjazdy/ warsztaty, laboratoria, 3. Doskonalenie nauczycieli, 4. Warsztaty dla rodziców. 5. Doposażenie Przedszkoli. Formy wsparcia, ilość grup i dzieci uczestniczących w poszczególnych zajęciach wynikają z przeprowadzonych w poszczególnych Przedszkolach diagnoz. Realizacja wsparcia umożliwi zaspokojenie podstawowych potrzeb poszczególnych Przedszkoli w tym zakresie. Zajęcia stanowić będą uzupełnienie dotychczas prowadzonych w Przedszkolach działań. Rezultaty i produkty projektu: 1. L. nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: 59 K, 2. L. dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej: 829 dzieci (413 dz, 416 ch), 3. L. osób objętych szkoleniami /doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych: 382 dzieci (172dz, 210ch), 4. L. rodziców objętych wsparciem w programie 120 (95K, 25M). Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu RPOWP. Poprzez doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli, rozszerzenie oferty Przedszkoli o dodatkowe zajęcia, doposażenie w nowoczesne pomoce wzrośnie upowszechnianie wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej wśród dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata. Projekt zakłada wsparcie 3 OWP, które nie korzystały ze środków EFS dostępnych w latach 2007-2013. (Polish)
