In order to develop the intellectual abilities of children, it is necessary to provide them with the freedom to grow up – the freedom to move, to observe, to see, to discover everything that surrounds them, i.e. to provide learning through fun. Project addressed to children (170 people 84 K, 86M) and teachers (16 K, 0M) Local Government Kindergarten No.25 Land of Smile in Białystok, which as an educational institution did not benefit from ESF funds available in 2007-2013 under sub-measure 9.1.1. The aim of the project is to extend the educational offer of the kindergarten by: a) raising the knowledge and professional competences of teachers (16 persons) b) extending the educational offer by introducing additional educational activities for children (170 persons) Project implemented (house) in the city of Białystok. Main results of the project: • Number of teachers who have been strengthened with knowledge raising professional competences • The number of children with an increase in interest in science, in particular the area of key competences The actions carried out in the project take into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical opportunities of pre-school children supported. The project responds to diagnosed problems arising from the work and experience of kindergarten (diagnosis approved by the host body, applications in IV.2). The projects are complementary to activities in the period of 12 months preceding. The PLO does not apply to the competition for integrated projects (3.1.1/8.2.2 RPO of the WP). The scale of activities carried out before the start of the Project by the PLO will not be reduced in relation to the scale of the activities (contributions) carried out by the PLO during the 12 months preceding the submission of the application for funding. Aby rozwijać zdolności intelektualne dzieci należy zapewnić im swobodę dorastania – swobodę poruszania się, obserwowania, widzenia, odkrywania wszystkiego, co je otacza, tj. zapewnienie nauki poprzez zabawę. Projekt skierowany do dzieci (170 osób 84 K, 86M) i nauczycielek (16 K, 0M) Przedszkola Samorządowego Nr 25 Kraina Uśmiechu w Białymstoku, które jako placówka oświatowa nie korzystało ze środków EFS dostępnych w latach 2007-2013 w ramach Poddziałania 9.1.1. Projekt ma na celu rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej przedszkola poprzez: a) podniesienie wiedzy i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycielek (16 osób) b) rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej poprzez wprowadzenie dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych dla dzieci (170 osoby) Projekt realizowany (siedziba) na terenie miasta Białystok. Główne rezultaty projektu: • Liczba nauczycieli, u których nastąpiło wzmocnienie wiedzy podnoszącej kompetencje zawodowe • Liczba dzieci, u których nastąpił wzrost zainteresowania nauką, w szczególności obszarem kompetencji kluczowych Działania prowadzone w projekcie uwzględniają indywidualne potrzeby rozwojowe i edukacyjne oraz możliwości psychofizyczne dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym objętych wsparciem. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy wynikające z pracy i doświadczenia przedszkola (diagnoza zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący, wnioski w IV.2). Przedsięwzięcia stanowią uzupełnienie działań w okresie 12 m-cy poprzedzających. OWP nie aplikuje do konkursu na projekty zintegrowane (3.1.1/8.2.2 RPO WP). Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem Projektu przez OWP nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez OWP w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie.
